If you are a woman in relationship with men then you have an Origin Story that has been told countless times in myth and parable, and that is most well known in the story of Genesis. But it’s not the story you have been told.
The serpent was never the devil.
Eve was never a temptress.
The fall was not a mistake.
This was a lie of the Patriarchal Church.
The truth is that Spirit always enters the material world first – through the unconscious – represented by the serpent, that we are all striving to bring to awareness.
The serpent is the primordial intelligence of transformation and evolution.
And that intelligence has ALWAYS BEEN FELT BY THE ARCHETYPAL FEMININE FIRST.
This is why there has always been more women in personal and spiritual development.
Because that is the Divine Order of things.
Spirit Delivers Wisdom To Eve – The Feminine.
Then Eve Delivers it to Adam – The Masculine.
BUT, for this transmission to work, she makes it sweet, like an apple, so that his agonizing confrontation with the shadow is beautiful, sensual, loving, and safe.
Then Adam, in turn … brings it to the world.

If you can feel his grief, but are frightened by his anger.
If you can feel his inner child, but can’t seem to connect to it.
If periodically you speak up, but he only explodes or leaves.

You have forgotten how to embody the Eve Principle.

An embodiment that seeks not to punish, or fix, but inspire.
That knows how to evoke the hero within.
By seeing his soul journey clearly, and speaking to that in a way that is inspiring.

Like a magic spell, an Inspiring Intervention is not a throwaway remark. It’s not a casual line tossed out at lunch. It’s not a complaint.

They aren’t composed in a way that can move through the fog of dissociation and the labyrinth of denial.
In psychoanalytic terms, these are defenses—formations of the shadow. And unless you learn how to craft an intervention that can circumvent them, nothing you say will truly sink in and transform him.
It will just bounce off.
And you’ll find yourself in one squabbling argument after another—where you’re cast not as the woman he has chosen to awaken him, but as the nag, the “fishwife,” and one who hassles and shames him.

And 90% of the time it’s fear of not doing it right, or not knowing how, or worse, doing it right, and it not working out anyway.
10% of the time, it’s an accurate intuition – that the man is truly unworkable and you just need to leave.
But in most cases I’ve encountered this is a profound misunderstanding of what a true, long term, committed, soulful partnership is all about – not a meeting of two people who are perfect and ready for prime time, but a collaborative, supportive excavation of each-others wounds and traumas over the course of years.
And it is always the Feminine that leads the way.
Why?
Because they are the most sensitive, and closest to the wisdom of the unconscious – the Serpent.
