Twenty years ago when Damanhur first came to my awareness I invited them to present their vision at the Edgar Cayce Center in Manhattan, where I was serving as the Executive Director. When the event was over I knew that the future of Enlightened Living would be in small nature based communities around the world.
Since then, that’s exactly what’s happened. In the past few years I’ve had the immense privilege to meet with a half dozen emerging eco-communities in the United States, Europe and Central America, all of which are impressive in their own ways, and filled with individuals, whom I now consider allies on the path. One of which is Xho in Bacalar.
If you’re interested in exploring a new paradigm of intentional living in one of the most pristine, and stunning locations Mexico, I would invite you to check them out. Since hosting the largest crystal skull gathering ever in Manhattan for the end of the Mayan Calendar in 2012, I have always had a strong connection with the Mexican people, and their Mayan heritage. The culture is magnificent, their depth unmatched, and their open hearts second to none.
The Bacalar laguna is also a paradise, and I will certainly be offering a retreat there at some point in the future.
If you’re interested in visiting them, or want more info regarding becoming part of the community, you can let me know, or just reach out to them directly.

When I was chronically ill for over a decade, and in desperate need of a silver bullet, I found it in Aphaeresis.
After hundreds of chelation injections, untold supplements and every modality known to man, this (aside from psycho-somatic trauma healing) was the single most impactful biological intervention that I found, hands down.
I first experienced it with one of the original pioneers of the treatment – Dr Straub at the Inus Clinic in Germany (as recommended by Dr Klinghardt) almost fifteen years ago, but recently went here, to Swiss Mountain Clinic – a glorious center in the Alps where an amazing group are taking the whole experience to the next level.
So if you’re serious about your longevity this would be my recommendation.
For anyone interested in going, just let me know and I’ll be happy to jump on a call and provide you with all the details to make your trip, and treatment, profoundly effective.

If you’ve ever done bloodwork and then lost the PDF, forgot the ranges, or couldn’t compare results over time… Function Health fixes that problem in a way that feels almost unfair.
They handle the lab ordering, you do a quick visit at a Quest Diagnostics location, and your results populate into a clean, modern dashboard where you can track biomarkers over time. Function Health+1
They’ll also tell you how old you are biologically. It’s that good. Function Health+1
It’s simple, fast, and genuinely supportive: clinicians review results and flag issues, and you get a personalized action plan/protocol so you’re not left guessing what to do next. Function Health+1
And if you like going deeper, you can also paste your results into AI to generate high-level questions and potential intervention ideas—then take that to your clinician for discernment and personalization. (Educational only; not medical advice. Always confirm changes with your doctor.)
